No, the only value is that if you are multi damage type you can carry one alongside a new renewed sunder. Or, maybe an Ist or a Mal from someone desperate for a sunder that can't afford a bad renewed, but will be a rare/illiquid trade
Although I still have a couple I haven' thrown out for some reason.
