It's missing a prefix. I could only find one javelin of quickness with +3 java skills in price history (sold for
Mal):
pricecheck.php?item=Javelin%20of%20Quickness&other=1
The bottom one probably had a prefix. Unfortunately we cannot see the description for such old trades.
