Life and mana are low. Lvlrq 95 is too high.
Sin has BoS so FRW is not important.
LightRes and LifeLeech are nice but it is not enough. You can get LifeLeech from ring and/or lifetape from drac.

The sigma value on d2charsifood only tells you how your amulet is rated compared to other amulets. The problem here is that nearly everyone crafts caster amulets. So there is a lot data for those but barely data for melee amulets. Because of that you can get a high sigma score for mediocre stuff. If you look for the "Use Cases" you see that the individual ratings aren't that good. Those value are supposed to go from 0 to 100.
