For blue items, you can price check that yourself :

In non ladder, I'll see that at more than Vex, more around Lo. However, ladder is still super fresh so will depend when you sell. Now Ist to Vex probably, later in season you'll see prices increase progressively to values comparable to NL (but rune value will also decrease relatively, so...).
