It's a good one, but 3 Jah seems even quite expensive to me. I am not good though in high values so please wait for a second advice.

This is worth quite a bit but you'll sit on for a while trying to sell it. You could easily get 10 Jah from the right buyer. But that right buyer is 1:5000.
Cold res is just not that desired. Light (so many meta builds use light dmg) and fire (the one res Spirit lacks) res are the most sought after.
