Rare belt and boots

I'm still gauging how to value rare items. These two seem about mid-tier valuable to me, even though the

Boots don't have FRW. How wrong am I?

Belt:

Gold find is not relevant,

Goldwrap provides more. But it has fhr, a lot of str, and lvl req of 50. So this looks like an MLD candidate to me, e.g. for smiter.

Boots: The dex and life rep make them interesting (on top of the 100+ res).
In duels, you want frw of

Boots, even if you have tele. With lvl 52 it competes with all uniques. Therefore I doubt that they can fetch a high price from a PvP.

In PvM only budget builds would trade res for other benefits (stats, mf, fhr, frw, life/mana, gf, ...) you can get from other rares or uniques. Also, light res is the most important res and it's the one missing. So no high value either.

Belt to sell it. Unless you roll NUT life and STR... not an expert on belts really..

these are worth only pgems. Sure yours is slightly better, but if you get an

Ist out of it, I'd actually be rather happy if I were you. There is a market for caster belts due to the FCR in addition to the other stats, not really elsewhere.
