Can be used to make Runewords:
With only 1 to a tab and not 20 fcr, this is way worse than Jalal's Mane. No trading value.
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
IIRC +2 to a skill tree requires lvl 30 on amulets. So as far as I know you want +2 to a skill tree in addition to 10% fcr (and some other good affixes) for LLD. But I'm not an expert for LLD.
There is not a single LLD amulet without life, keep that in mind
