Usually not how things go, runes are the appropriate intermediate.

Sell your amulet first for runes, then buy or make your runewords.

Enigma base is not expensive if you're not too picky on it. A fair defense 3 os Mage Plate is less than Ist. Archon is more expensive. Infinity : is it for merc (then you want Eth 4 os T or GT or GPA, that base is expensive, Lo+) or self wield (non Eth / non elite so dirt cheap).

As for runes, 3 Ber and 1 Jah seem possible for your amulet, even if expensive. Other stuff should be able to be bought otherwise, it's more negligible part (except Infi Eth base as said above).

I hate saying that, but for higher end items like that, you may have more success by trying to sell both on Traderie and here.
