Now coincidently I found this with my recent horker barb. IMO this jewel is awesome sauce it literally hits all points. now I just dont want to make a really cool arreats with 1000 stats to find out this jewel could nab me something. Its niche, but any help would be great!

No value. On a rare jewel you need 3-4 good affixes (9 str, 9 dex, 10 all res, 30% single res, 30% ed, 60 ar, 9 max dmg, 10 min dmg, -15% req and I probably missed some). On your jewel only cold res is really useful but that rolled only 14/30.
awesome thanks for the heads up!! its a mess learning everything as a pseudo new player. rare items still elude me cause i dont have time to disect everything goodday sir!
