imo it doesnt have tradevalue at all.. sry - the 40%ed alone isnt enough and the 8 str basicly means nothing..
blue jools basicly needs both attackspeed and a decent roll on ed to have tradevalue... mbe if it had fhr or mf instead of str, but even then its not likely something people woould trade for. - at least thats my experience from d2lod...
