Man, that's amazing for a playthrough. If it were a required level 28, it'd make a great low-level duel option for the 30 bracket.
The problem is it's only 4 levels off Titan's Revenge. Which means your item here is only worth currency to a non-zon thrower. Even with the 2.4 buffs, throw barbs are very weak.
Tough to see trade value, unfortunately. But I'd have a really hard time selling that. Nice find.
