Can be used to make Runewords:
For a playthrough, definitely great. For trading? Hard to say. It isn't end-game gear, so likely only useful mid-game.
It may have some value at low-level PVP? I don't PVP, but IAS + 2 good trap skills is okay. Not sure how much Death Sentry helps in PVP though.
