Mana leech is useless and most stuff rolled only average. I would say Pul.

19% fcr is nice but not perfect and unfortunately the rest is low. Not sure but would say lem. If someone needs the extra fcr maybe pul or um. Edit: More likely around Vex for the fcr.

Worst of the three. Attack rating, life leech and stamina are useless. I would sell it to Charsi. Probably no trade value.

I checked the price history for sorc caster amulets and mockingbirdreal is right. I completely underestimated what people are paying for more fcr. Even if only 19 and not 20 fcr and the rest is low it is probably more likely worth ~ Vex.
