Can be used to make Runewords:
Some things to know about White bases:
You can shop them quickly at Drognan's. But due to iLvl, you can get Bone Spear but not Bone Spirit on them at shops.
That's why Bone Spear + Bone Spirit (+adds) are valuable (they have to be found).
Bone Spear is always the primary skill, Bone Spirit is secondary. So a base with only Bone Spirit is worse than an easily shoppable one with only Bone Spear.
Note: I've got a similar one for sale for a couple on weeks without any interest: trade/white-t1589198.html
