i'm quite unaware if this kind of item can be worth something, and of the assa build
i looted an amu +3 trap +96 life, both this affixes only drop on magic item, and are max tier
Not sure if assa can specialize in only one tree tho, so i ask for a price check here, could'nt find a similar one.
