Server changing - Can't connect to EU

For the past few days, I can't login to EU Server (US and Asia are fine)
It's always "cannot connect to Server" sometimes "failed to authenticate" notifs even after I...

- restarted the game many times (to the point that its getting annoying) and then the PC next
- did ipconfig/flushdns in cmd commands
- logged/joined in US/Asia server games, exit then to EU but same ol' notifs
- tried to joined a friend whose server is EU but still fail

It wasn't this bad during ladder start but now its getting so frequent that the trades I needed to do r getting delayed longer cuz I gotta make em change server if they're from eu instead of me

Anybody who got the ways to solve or do something about it?

You could connect to EU before, right?

Apparently quickly switching online/offline like 5-10 times fixes this.

i encounter the issue regularly. two solutions help

1) open task manager and force close all bnet applications and bnet update manager, then restart the game. helps intermittently, often takes several tries
2) reboot windows (not shut down, reboot). helps always
