Missing 300+ enhanced damage, 2 sockets, ethereal and such...

I think you can't have 300+ED and +griding (max damage basec on char level) on the same item.
Fools mods is around 45 max damage total, this one is ~120max damage at lvl99.
But yes, missing IAS is a shame.

You don't have ed on your weapon. So no usecase for PvP and 5% to cast amp is useless.
Nothing related to PvP here.
