More mobility options would be ideal and a better way to handle Enigma imo.
How about:
The One Ring
+1 Teleport
+1 Town Portal
+1 Identify Item
QOL solved.
The One Ring definitely had knock back in the movies…
I provide my bnet details after I have accepted your offer/ you accept mine.
Flexible but mostly trade is UTC+1 evenings. Note timezone differences: several hours ahead of US / behind Asia. Prompt but don't expect instant. This ain't Traderie.

Very nice and thematic. Can we add +1 all skills
Alternately, making a super hard colossal ancients style quest that MUST be completed single player to gain +1 Teleport (or +1 Town Portal or +1 Identify Item) could be cool. And it only counts if the player solos it.
That could add an interesting challenge to have to beat the quest even with characters that it is tough with (e.g. sorc if for a skill other than Teleport, especially Nova sorc, although could always beat with one build and then respec to another).
Frankly, I am overwhelmingly wary of changes in general. I would not want to give up the long, long, long awaited QoL improvements to the stash just because some young Bliz developer did not understand what makes D2 great. Meaning, I hope they are very careful and consult with the community closely and make changes a little bit at a time in order to really get a sense of the impact.
Remember, certain Key things make this game great, even if we are not always aware of them:
- Build diversity depends on not being realistically able to bundle multiple elements into a single build. A choice must be made and challenge is and should be inevitable.
- No stupid loot explosions or power creep.
- Keep the tough choices.
- Keep the flexibility to allow inventive characters to utilize any skill in the game, it is that feature which led to the creation of PoE and it is core.
- Did I mention saying no to power creep?
- Distinct monsters which often require unique strategies to handle, while the game has sufficient screen clarity to allow for a truly tactical approach to combat. So no screen clearing, visual BLAMs please.
All of these elements make achieving a powerful character on hardcore truly satisfying. I would love to be playing HC in PoE or PoE2, but the fact that I can die to some random Ground effect I cannot even see makes those deaths trivializing of my effort, so I rarely do it. If I die in D2 HC, it is generally through a combination of bad luck and misplay, but misplay is always there.
In other words, when I die I never feel like the situation was out of my hands, my agency is never compromised. I just dust myself off, learn the lesson, and try again.
Listen, I'm all for further development, but only by those who truly understand why this game still draws player Passion after decades. Think of it this way - if someone offered to repair a crack in the Mona Lisa, you'd make damn sure they had the skill and the understanding of Rembrandt to do so, right?
Say what you will, my friends, but only the arrogant mess with a masterpiece without first appreciating why it is considered one in the first place.
