Hi there. Thinking about respec my druid to do a Fire Claws One.
If the skill IS based in points and attack speed, choose an Werewolf over an Werebear woundt be a better coice? The damage gained by the Bear form will not add significative damage to the attack.
Also, the Obedience has the LINE "crushing blow", that gains more benefict from attack speed than damage.
Its Just a thought, dont get tô the endgane with my druid char
You can get really nice physical and fire damage with the Fire Claws Maul Hybrid Bear. Mine has 2-10k physical and 13-14k fire damage at 6 FPA. It needs some more effort to get there for the bear, but the max speed is the same for both.

But the Werewolf dont have a natural attack speed faster than the Bear? Even with the Maul ability to increase speed?
Like i Said before, never get the endgame with druid...

Yes, Werewolf is faster but both wereforms have the same maximum speed (6 frames).
It's much harder to get to those 6 frames with a bear though so with "normal" gear, the wolf will attack faster. But with optimized gear and Maul charges, even a bear can reach those 6 frames.

Playing HC SSF right now.

Iron Man (Paladin): Nightmare A1

Thanks for the answer, sir.
So its the case of: If you have the itens for hit the breakpoint with the Werebear, then go for It; Else, stick with the Werewolf...

I think it's not that simple. Wolf also runs faster. It also provides you more versatility in your gear selection. Your Merc does not need fanatism aura and can instead provide other things ehich increase your kill speed. And you don't have to build up Maul charges to reach max speed.

Greys_Prey's just pointed out that it's possible and that it will provide a lot of physical damage as well in this hybrid build.

But it's only one build which comes with advantages and disadvantages.
