Description

Stealth is a good and cheap Runeword for low-level characters due to the ease of finding the runes for it and the plethora of useful stats.

Especially its Faster Cast Rate (FCR) and Mana Regeneration which are useful for casters during the early game.

Best Runeword for every character in the early game. Runes can be obtained by an average of 3 runs of Normal Countess.
The 2 socket armor can be shopped by Charsi.

Arguably the best early game base for Stealth is a Breast Plate: light (no FRW penalty), quite high def (65-68) and low str req (30).

By the time you have the required level 17, you should be in Act 2 Normal. You can buy such a base there from Fara.

This should be one of every build’s first rune words. It is also likely to be your build’s first taste of FRW and should give a sense of how much the standard run can (and needs to) be improved. The runes are common enough to find twice and 2 socket armors are also plentiful, so that you can make one for yourself and another for your Merc (likely Act 1 Rogue) so they can keep up with you!
