Summon shadowy chains that emit a suffocating miasma between you and the target. No casting delay. Max 5 active chains. Cloud damage reduced 50% (3.2).

Can be pre-cast multiple times in Diablo's pentagram to kill him almost instantly after he spawns. Same goes for Baal waves.

As of patch 3.2:
Blizzard wrote:
  • Removed casting delay.
  • Added a limit of active chains that starts at 5 and increases to 10.
  • Added a next hit delay of 1 second for each individual chain.
