A Sur rune dropped in Worldstone Keep at a place I could not reach. (In the map tile waypoint / stairways, there is this little place next to the bridge you can reach by foot by you/those little demons can Teleport there)
Luckily, I had a staff of teleporation on swap. Only 3 of my 7 chars can Teleport right now, so I got lucky this time. Will put a staff of teleportation now in my shared stash, just in case this unlikely event happens again.
Could have been a huge fail drop but I got really lucky this time.
