Heaven Rune

Weapons: +1 to Amplify
Armor: +1 to

Teleport
Helms: +1 to All Skills
Shields: +1 to

Bind Demon

Required level:85

No crafted cube.

It would break the game

now game only Enigma.

I don't know that this would break the game, because current BIS for armor, non warlock shields, and melee weapons is runewords. It's not clear to me that this would now make the uniques socketed with the new rune better than runewords.

Some uniques with +1

Amplify Damage might be better than Grief, not sure. But melee needs buffed anyways.

And then for helms, with spell casters +1 skills is in the same value zone as a 5/5 facet, in most cases slightly lower depending on the build.

Adds some more options for melee helms, but again melee needs buffing.

So I think not as OP as it might seem.
