Recently, I dropped my 6th Jah and I was wondering why I have dropped a Jah again but am still waiting for my third Ber and first Cham.
Here my drop table of high runes ( Vex+):
Zod: 1 (from non-TZ Chaos!)
Cham: 0
Jah: 6 (!) (Mostly from TZ Tombs and TZ Cows)
Ber: 2 (both from non-TZ areas)
Sur: 5 or 6
Lo: 3 (1 in a TZ, two non-TZ)
Ohm: 6 or 7
Vex: at least 8 or 9
So quite a lot of Jah runes from TZs, Lo and Ber have been much rarer for me. Strange RNG.

I would love to just lock myself in the man cave with 2 days worth of pizza and Blue Demons and have a go at TZ'ing the entire game Ubers and all and making a nice spreadsheet. Ahh, one day though...

There are definitely areas and monsters/chests that are more likely some runes than others.
I can't tell the exact numbers, because I play D2R for many years now, but I found more Cham runes than Ber runes, which is quite strange. And only a single Zod.

I have no exact track record but I suppose from Vex to Zod I mostly found Jah, ca. 5-6 (it seems I was quite "lucky", too 
). I also found 3 Cham, 1 Zod, 3 Ber and I suppose 3-4 Ohm, Lo and Sur

I'm not sure of my exact counts on most of the HRs, but I have only found 1 Zod, P7 TZ Radament dropped it for me on single player. I think I've found 2 Cham total, and the rest, several.

I play 2-3 months on off every few years but recently and my last session:

Ohm : 1 (Cows and non TZ, also found this in the same game as a 4 os +3 matriachal bow, I was running my amazon with 0 MF for testing with Strafe Amazon))
