I've had recurring connectivity problems in d2r in the past, but the last couple of days I can't connect to EU server at all.
US and AS do work
anybody else experienced this?

I can't confirm that everything is okay.
There have been more delays in the last two days than before.

There's been a little of that happening here on NA servers as well. You click the launcher and it sort of fuddles its way to game but what I sometimes get is an option for offline play, but I don't have any offline builds. So I click the online button and I receive the message "failed to connect to server." I then exit the game and try again and again it fails. To fix it I 1. right click and exit Battle.net from quick launch., 2. ctrl+alt+del to open task manager, 3. locate any reference to battle.net or the game, and then end task (you have to get it all). 4. relaunch Battle.net, 5. click play and it all seems to work just fine from there. The whole process only takes a couple of minutes.

thx, ending task through task manager solved the problem!
(and reboot hadn't)

Glad it helped. For some reason Battle.net runs multiple instances at once when once should be enough, and that's my guess as to why the issue pops up.
