Lately Dclone has been spawning with one or two or without any of the 6 stage notification. Did you check to see if he was at your expect spawn location before exiting the game? Last week on the Americas walk there were several reports of Dclone notification dysfunction.

Yes the walk was on time and already finished. There is no fixed time of notice before a walk. Sometimes it can come days in advance and sometimes only a few hours. How long depends on the whims of the host.

Hm... In the Livefeed I see the host kill Uberdiablo but in my asian game the stage is stuck at lvl 5 and Dia did not spawn...

Are you sure he didn't spawn? Did you actually go to one of the possible spawn locations and look? Messages have been bugged for weeks (messages not logging properly, sometimes you get none, sometimes you get only a few, etc), but the walk still happens even if your chat doesn't log all of the updates. It did walk for everyone on RoTW Asia SCL, even if it "gets stuck" at 5/6 in your game chat. Make sure you go and look for him before leaving the game.

Checked message and still stuck at stage 5.
But then checked Eldritch and - tada: Uberdiablo! (Although message still at stage 5 and no message that Uberdiablo entered Sanctuary).
So, yeah, you were spot on - everything fine at the end, allthough 20/10/9 ain't the best Anni, still better than poop in the pants... ;-D

Yeah, this issue has been going on for several weeks by now. It's highly confusing. It also means that automated trackers (like d2emu's, and the one here at diablo2.io which is based on d2emu's) are frequently incorrect because they're also based on what messages are actually logged in the game chat (Blizzard doesn't provide a proper API for D2R, so this is the only way to "intercept" the status updates). If a status isn't logged so that a tracker can "see" it, then it won't be able to track it.

No, it didn't start at the reset/patch, it started a couple of weeks after the reset/patch. At first it was just one game mode & region that had the issue, then it started spreading, by now it affects all game modes and regions. (softcore, hardcore, ladder, nonladder, etc, alike). It's a server side issue, but only Blizzard would know really.

The issue isn't actually new, it's been around for years - but in the past, it only really affected a single game mode & region at a time, and always sorted itself after a week or two. This is the first time it's gotten this widespread and been going on for so long.
