TZ curse and demon binding

If a Terror zone attribute is "Cursed," will any bound demon have the cursed property?

A ghostly lancer with aura and cursed would be a powerhouse...

Sidenote, my Blood Boil Warlock clears P8 handily. Beat Ubers as well. I mention it because the guide says max Tainted and I never use Tainted - usually two Defilers, or goats for bosses. Levitation Mastery is a good one point wonder too IMO. My demon is an Urdur with cold and cursed.

For a merc, I have an Act V with Lawbringer, Last Wish, and Cure Helm. He is amazing for buffs for the bound demon and overall QoL. The Lawbringer keeps you safe from Stygian Dolls, he wrecks anything undead, tons of CB, Fade for survivability, and the Defilers spread his damage around.

Champions like Ghostly, berserker, etc, don't have affixes to my knowledge, and they don't adopt the Tz buffs, e.g., Cursed, Fire Enchanted, etc. Same with pack leaders ("uniques")--they have their own set of affixes and don't adopt the Tz affix.

Shame. A Cursed Ghostly would indeed be a great bound demon. I had a ghostly Lancer that was really cool, and you could tell her inherent 80% physical damage reduction worked well (+AR increase, Hp increase, etc).
