Description
The most annoying part of the D2 gameplay loop to me is setting up trades. If you have a normal work-life, it may just happen that you forget to bump trades or simply cannot bump them. What you're left with is another hour or two to restore the trades. Please just transfer them into a hibernated state or something instead of straight out deleting them if you couldn't bump them for three days.
Can be used to make Runewords:

I will not take offers that bypass diablo2.io
If you know that you won't have time to bump your trades within the next three days, you can use the freeze trades feature.
OP
It would indeed also be very efficient to only play during the moments Jah runes drop.

If you don't have time to bump your trades, then how will you have time to make the deal ingame? I've been ghosted many times after I did not answer instantly. Only a few would wait days to make a trade.
I don't have RotW expansion yet.
When I look for rune, you can offer Perfect Gems as well.
I live in Europe/Budapest timezone.
For my free stuff I appreciate if you give me Perfect Gems, but it is optional.

I think they mean something like an automatic freeze, where it might not show in searches but doesn't get fully deletedbbb0 wrote: 2 days agoIf you don't have time to bump your trades, then how will you have time to make the deal ingame? I will say that a part of diablo2.io i like is that i can reasonably assume the traders i see in searches are still active, on other sites u get a lotttt of dead listings
I didn't know trades get deleted for not being bumped
I think leaving them gives useful info. Seeing that a certain item didn't sell at a particular price is helpful

For most items you can check the price history to get an idea about a fair price. To do that you can either enter their name in the price check tool and click on "Historical Prices" or go to their database page and click on "Price History" or you can click on "Historical" at the bottom of a trade.Lemzodistber wrote: 2 days agoI didn't know trades get deleted for not being bumped

I would also like it if expired listings were frozen for a time (maybe a week?) before being deleted. I've drastically cut back my listings because I've gotten tired of having to resubmit them all after forgetting to bump them.
E.g. by e-mail notification about a reply to one of your trade topics.bbb0 wrote: 2 days agoIf you don't have time to bump your trades, then how will you have time to make the deal ingame? I've been ghosted many times after I did not answer instantly. Only a few would wait days to make a trade.
That's my situation: I'm not constantly online but I will make time for a trade when there is interest or an agreement made.
i get it people are bussy but what about me ? im bussy on work too ? i play only weekends , but i use my phone logged in so i can always bump whenever i get 2min away from job, or just bump when u get home from work ? while u cooking something ? it aint that hard to find 5 second to bump your posts.
This would be really helpful. Sometimes stuff happens. Losing all your listings is pretty harsh
The main point of deleting is about saving database space, needed for both cost management and site performance which requires to delete data at some point in time.
Do remember also that the site perfectly works on mobile - bumping once every days is not too much of a constraint except if you're in the middle of nowhere - and in that case you can freeze beforehand.
That's been a long debate, so adding an auto-freeze for trades after three days for a little bit longer like 3 more days could be an option to consider to avoid (annoying!) losses. However, the longer you keep trades the heavier the DB, so it cannot be long periods like a month or so.
Thanks for your understanding.
