What's with the "level up icon" in front of topics? For most topics it's red, for some (my trades for example) it is grey.
Edit: aah, nevermind. Just read the tips and tricks for using the site. So grey are the topics which I have read completely.

As you've noticed yourself:
Red means unread posts and gray means everything has been read.
