You can fairly easily recover your body. Just run around in a wide circle to your body. They'll follow you but they don't hit too hard when running. Keep some full reju's ready and you should be fine. When you have your body immediately run back to the portal to town and recover.

i can help to, if you get deperate you can always leave game and return, will reset the ancients
