They fix the bugs they know how to, balance things they know how to. Unfortunately they dont seem to play the game to actually know what is what.
Is that actually true? The only reason why I am skeptical is because D2 is a masterpiece and so many people enjoy it. Sad if the devs not only feel differently but also refuse to play lol.

True in the sense that some extremely annoying bugs have been around since day 1 and have yet to get addressed in any way whatsoever and in the sense that RotW in multiple ways just made things worse instead of better as far as bugs are concerned.
Still beats most other games overall though, seeing how the base design from 25+ years ago is rock solid. (Persistent balance issues aside..blizz has just never been good at that part across many of their games)
Anywho, if someone's idea of "fun" is "has to be absurdly insanely OP in every way so I don't have to ever try or gear or do anything" and they end up wining over losing some of said "fun" in a set of more than justified (and in many ways still not sufficient) nerfs, I'm all for them losing "fun". That's not a blizz/game issue, that's a them issue.
