...at least according to the tooltip. I just tested before and after socketing one into my Shako, and the magic damage on Holy Bolt increased by a lot, however, the magic damage on Fist of the Heavens (labeled Holy Bolt Damage on the skill) did not change at all.
Is this some sort of bug, or intended? The page here on the site for Guardian's Light assumes it works with FoH, so I'm not sure if it did pre-patch.

The Lightning Bolt part of FOH is lightning damage and the holy Bolts that come from it are magic damage. The main appeal of the skill is the Bolts anyways so it's fine
