Can be used to make Runewords:
I just acquired my second Stormlash Scourge and was curious what build is best for dual Stormlash? First, is dual Stormlash a good idea? Does Static Field Proc when using Whirlwind? Or should I go with Frenzy instead? What other tips would you give me?

You can use it in Smite paladin and socket ias jewel + 30 L/F resist jewel.
it will stronger than Last Wish in begining but when it kill 50% hp, it will much weaker than Last Wish. Totally , consider weaker and stronger, Last Wish win a little by Fade proc.
I think of use that weapon too but I feel Grief is average better .
