It might happen in other areas. It might also only be Switch based.

Anyway twice, once to me and once to my friend we killed a seal boss and a
Herald spawned. For some reason we couldn't move at all. My friend died. I almost died but was able to
Teleport last moment.

I'm a sorc he's a necro.

This happened to me on PC yesterday. Killed the last seal boss and couldn't move, but after killing the
Herald it was fine
