You will need opal ring, griffon, Crown of Ages, soj , weeding ring.
Those only tie to specific area and rotw already experienced huge corpse bug exploit . That makes any loot looks silly.
If you focus on self find, mf can be useful. Otherwise, just focus on blue find. (means, limit your mf to 50-100)

It will kill all regular loot value.

TZ Andariel: Hit her roughly 900 to 1,000 times. At 1 minute per run, this is about 15–17 hours of dedicated farming.
TZ Baal: You would need roughly 1,300 to 1,500 kills. At 3 minutes per run, this is about 65–75 hours of farming.
TZ Andariel is 3x more efficient than tz Baal.

non ladder is different but not far away from those low value thing. Focus on fun than farm is more important. You have to know , most of case, 90 Score equipment is equal to 100 score item in term of performance.
In the end era of rotw, bot can farm for you. Be sure to run calculator and find '1 cast/hit' lower second tier item. Those equipment is very cheap and have fun. You dont need play 1h per day but you can enjoy almost same enjoyment.

wizlock capture A3 demon that can summon more demon. come to way point , quit , rejoin , way point, quit.
Bar join, use wisp luck pack, go to way point, hook like 100 corpse.
This is more efficient than any bot or human player.
it already fix. but it create a completely different economy reality.
So today, you just need to get 2 A5 stature and sell it. You can buy any equipment you need.
