Is the item worth something?

Heyhey people.

So I've been playing d2 for a long time but not at a particularly high level. Itemization wise I understand some stats are more important than others etc. What I'm having issues with is rare items. I don't know what items would be considered worth picking up and/or selling so I'm looking for some help with this.

I found this particular amulet that looks pretty good but only has +1 to sorc fire skills. Is it worth anything?
Also some pointers on figuring out what could be worth would be great, or if there is a discussion or some kind of rules regarding this feel free to point me that way.

As for 1 skill amulet, you will need

Teleport in it or else you will need 5 perfect roll and 1 skill which is unlikely and even it does, still not value so much

It is self use.

For LLD it would need to be level 30 max and have FCR.

And yes, usually you would want FCR depending on your build. If you do not need fcr (actually easy to hit the 105 on a fire sorc without sacrificing too much - vipermagi, arach mesh,

Magefist... and 2 rings with 10fcr wld replace the fcr on the amulet.

It also depends on the build. If you are goning enchantress, you do not need fcr like you were going

Fireball or

Chain Lightning.

All in all, it's not worthless. W/o fcr its not GG, but with those resists, mana, and life - you hit every other mark.

It's not GG bc no FCR or FRW, however it is still very useable until something better comes along. You could try posting that for a

Pul and see what kinda bites you get.

Tbh I'm thinking of starting a fire sorc and trying it out myself. It's kind of like

Mara's Kaleidoscope from temu so I'm curious how well it'll hold up, like it seems pretty good for lvl 31-67.
