I was thinking about playing a Javazon and wondered what's your take on Treachery vs Hysteria as starting point/low budget leveling gear. The stats of both are very similar so it kind of boils down to 65% Faster Run/Walk vs. Fade. What would you go for and why?

I'm a Hysteria apologist 65% r/w is just too nice for me to give up. i'd rather just gear for res elsewhere , + having to proc Fade is annoying
