Can be used to make Runewords:
First thought, maybe not well thought out...but i would change Mosaic from buffing charges into something like +elemental dmg and -elemental ress on skills from martial art like Phoenix Strike and such.

I never in my life had such a big deal and it was not asking me for a price.
