Cannot add third print to a bug report

Device: Dell Inspiron 7580
Browser: Chrome Version 147.0.7727.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Windows 11

Steps to reproduce:

I'm trying to add a new comment with a print, but it is not working.
When I copy the image, it is added to the attachment list (during edition at least), but the corresponding tag is not added to the comment, if I add the tag manually and submit, the comment stays with no image...

I already added 2 print to the trade before, don't know if it is some kind of limitation...
(the image has less then 1 MB - 713K)
