Is skill repeated function acting weird for anyone else?

Description

Today when I was playing with my sorc she started teleporting in a very weird Pattern when holding the right click down, I also noticed while holding down the hot keyed attack skill my chat will walk right past eligible targets, even when directly highlighting the enemy that I want to attack

Anyone else experiencing these issues?

That sounds like lag behavior. I always notice
Teleport
acting funny and being less accurate/jittery when lag spikes.

I’ve been noticing some lag but nothing out of the ordinary, I also mainly play online alone. It’s been this way every time I have tried to play today

It is my understanding that if your ping is high and you have a high Faster Cast Rate,
Teleport
can perform a tick faster server-side compared to client-side, or something along those lines. That causes your position to readjust client-side in the same tick as you would otherwise
Teleport
to the next location, leading to this teleporting-back-and-forth behavior.

I'm EU and I almost always have this when I'm logged into Asia or Americas, but only rarely on EU. You can make sure that you are logged into your home server for starters. If it doesn't go away you may have to go down with your FCR.

Sounds like 2 separate issues.

Teleport
rubber-banding you back is typically due to some degree of desync. If your connection is crap (often the case when not on your home region), you kinda just need to deal with that and intentionally cast slower to avoid it.
If your connection is generally fine, it can still happen (albeit typically rare) and will then keep happening until you take a short break from teleporting so the game/server can catch up (literally just stop casting for a second).

The targeting sounds like it is simply a matter of broken sticky-/proximity-targeting which is sadly something Blizz just refuses to fix and actually made worse with RotW. Tends to be caused by toggling item labels on for some reason.
