Haven't actively tested but breaking immunities would've been a direct result of the -dmg. So it shouldn't break anything anymore.
That said, it is completely broken on the PTR atm and doesn't even slow anymore so anything tested there needs to be taken with a grain of salt anyways.

Tbh this is the biggest disappointment with the Lethargy nerf. I was looking forward to finding ways to exploit this on say a Trav Barb.

Yeah this is the wrong way to nerf warlocks, lethargy, and the other sigils, are cool utility to gain by charges on items for other characters.
works quite good on A2 might merc with Pride and Coven for a Bowazon. Hard choice: stay with Cure or use Coven. You can do it for your barbarian' merc as well. Or on a character himself if you have good base with +3 to Find Item and something else useful (only theory here, haven't tried myself yet)
And I don't have good base to try it on my summoner druid or his A5 merc. May be one day.. But I believe it can improve my Ravens damage.
Such a pity if Lethargy will be nerfed. This skill can add something to many classes.
