Description
Mania is the Weapons version of Hustle, as of the release of the Reign of the Warlock expansion.
I gave this a try on a 3 socket ethereal Thresher with an Act 2 merc on a single player character (WW barb with IK set).
The aura adds a little bit of extra AR, speed, and damage... but the aura radius is tiny. The merc has to essentially be within a few yards of your character for you to get the benefit.
Just something to keep in mind if you have a char that runs around like a WW barb.
