I just learned that you can reroll grand charms, and that Nihl drops charms thar can have (Skill/41+hp).

Does this mean grand charms that have a +41hp modifier have trade value?

Does the same apply with small charms?

Do charms dropped from Diablo/

Baal (grand and small) also fit into a category of worth trading/rolling?

How about charms that drop in terrorzones? Mine are currently TZ 95, so are all charms safe to reroll?

With regards to Anni charms, what typically makes them valuable? Is there a cheat sheet for what to try and get?

For example, is a:
10 ATTR/ 19-20 RES
equal in value as:
19-20 ATTR/ 10 RES

How important is the exp%? What if its crap stats but 10 exp? Or Nice stats but 5 exp?

No. Not since

Terror Zones became a thing in patch 2.5 for ladder season 2 over 3½ years ago.

Before

Terror Zones, only Diablo,

Baal and

Nihlathak were high enough level to drop a charm that can roll 41+ life. With

Terror Zones, any monster or chest in a

Terror Zone at TZ level 91 or higher can drop these charms. They are a commodity these days, they weren't before

Terror Zones. Anyone that is char level 89 or higher can farm these with ease so there is literally 0 trade value. There used to be trade value when they were harder to find.

Yes for drop and rolling, no for worth trading. See above.

Any magic item (blue name) can be rerolled with the same recipe, so yes, small charms too. It's generally not really worth it to try though, the odds of getting something worthwhile is pretty low. With Grand Charms you have a decent chance of at least hitting a skiller (1/22 or so, IIRC). It might not be the best skill tree, and it might not roll with a lot of +life, that's still rare, but there's at least a decent chance to get a skiller - any skiller.

the vita suffix (life 41-45) has an affix lvl of 91

You have to state it is min damage or max damage , it is different.

usually it is 175 poison damage, and guarantee hunt at 88 89(your char 85 86 87) not 90.

if you sell cheap , people may just ok with small difference.

Also, life 16-20 have value. if you guarantee it is hunt at 47-50 tz.
