Looking for EU Buddy to do things together

Yo!

I was actually thinking about posting something similar as well! I am looking for small casual group to play together and help each other out.

Solo runs are great for chill after work, but at some point some you want to spicy things a little bit haha

I am playing ladder just now, but that might change in the future.

Please, don't hesitate to reach out and send my an invite on bnet.

Btw: I am not a German, hope we can stick to English, but it would be nice to dusty my Deutch a bit.
Btw2: my native language has genders build in as well and I know get you with the non-binary forms haha

Side note : there is already a d2io group on bnet, let me invoke @Skaijuice in the loop - perhaps we can make a common Ground ?

Well, I don't discriminate against a good wine.

As for that debate: certainly one of those topics with the potential of blowing things up completely so..let's not go too far. 'tis a game forum after all and intended to remain as such.
That said, general rule of thumb for me: just don't be an ass. I tend to care about context and intent, rather than specific word choice. After all, plenty of my (esp. American) friends have called me by many a name that would be considered taboo by tons of people and vice versa. "Kraut" probably being the least offensive on that list (and the most accurate but that's a different discussion ^^). After all, one person's insult is often another person's term of endearment.

That said, I've genuinely never heard "Germoid" be used anywhere before. Actually had to look that one up to see if it was a real thing. o.O

Always up to playing. Solo grinding things is pretty boring and a lot less drops compared to having 2 already.

I've kind of stopped mostly playing already and doing dclones whenever I remember xD

But the problem begins when people "think" you are an ass simply because of some convictions you hold and don't even want to listen to your reasons or intentions for holding them. I think this is one of the root problems in our (German or general Western) societies which is driving polarization further and further. To give an example: One of my particular areas of interest is (reproductive) bioethics which includes of course highly controversial but also socially very important questions.

E. g. I wish everyone good luck with trying to have a civil and reasoned based discussion about topics like abortion. When you think abortion is generally a morally impermissible act and not a "human right" you get - at least in Germany - very often immediately labeled as "religious extremist", "right or even far-right", "misogynist who wants to control women's bodies" etc. and many people think you should simply be silenced and not allowed to spread your "hatred" (trust me bro , this is sadly my reality...).

Sure, but since you elaborated on that point I only wanted to highlight that things are sadly often not that simple...
