And before anyone whines about the ed/dmg bug for #2, at lvl 9 pvp this would be socketed in a rare weapon so the bug wouldn't apply.

Most interesting is 2 for very low level duelling, but you need a PvP expert to price check that properly - I am not.
4 seems too low on rolls to get value even at level 29, I think min/max roll can go up to 14-ish at this level and cold res brings nothing.
9 is a sort of upgraded Um rune, so you probably can get 1-2 Ist, I don't see much more.
Others - no value I think.
