Much as I continue to dislike the entire Herald design and implementation, just to throw something related and positive in here for a change:

Yes, but they have to fix the uneven drop rates. Since the release of the DLC I have found only one(!) Northern Worldstone Shard...
If there was more of a crafting need for them, I'd agree. But considering the current reality of "little to no sunders anyways", I'm happy getting more shards for the coincidentally far better acts and far fewer for the extra short act 4 and better than 4 but still worse than 1/2 acts 5 and 3.
