Not a drop but I’m pretty sure this counts as a fail. My first Ladder Season, been hunting/trading Runes for while to get my first CTA. Was excited to roll it. How bad can it be? A low one is better than none. Right? RIGHT?! Well, ED is 1% off. So it’s not even Anti-Perfect. RNG I guess. Repeatedly Nullifies Goals
