Echoing Strike / Mirrored Blades WL use Deadly strike, crushing blow, open wounds etc. Warlock cant use those and without those Uber is gonna be a challange.
You should swap Shako for Flickering Flame, massive boost to damage.
You can probably kill one Uber after the other separately if you hit them with an Edge (bow) first for "prevent monster heal". Then you Dodge Mephi and just fiercely fire and fire your fire spells.

I am with @mikelessar you should swap to Flickering Flame and other Sources of -% Enemy Resistances.
Idk how the scaling works for the WL but at some point -% Enemy Resists is more desirable then +1 or +2 to Skills, that goes for other classes as well.
You could swap to Eschutas + Fire Facet in Combination with a Head Hunters Glory and 3 Fire Facets, makes a great and cheap JMOD alternative.
Combindet with the Flickering Flame that would allready be -30% to -35% Enemy Fire Resist.
Thats a massive difference in damage.

Fire Sunder only offers breaking fire immunities, it does not lower their resistances.
Only renewed does, but it costs a fortune and "only" has -10% max.
Unless you find and roll it yourself, the other options are WAY! cheaper.
Eschutas is cheap, fire facets you only look out for the -5% stat, you should be able to boast your overall damage for under 1 Jah easily.
Compared to a Renewed Flame Rift with -x% fire resis which would cost you easily something around 20 - 30 Jahs.
