Well, when I made this just now I wasn't speechless for about a minute, I was flipping out haha

"Highest damage" is relative. In terms of pure weapon max dmg, it'd be up there. Though a superior base would obviously beat it by up to another 15% ed.

In terms of actual final dmg though, you're naturally looking at more than pure weapon dmg, depending on the build.
