Hm, the Sould Stalker looks not bad, not worthy a Jah or 2, but not bad at all.
But I am really willing to spend those 2 Jah, but therefore the Boots should have more/higher resistances.
But, once again, both pairs are not bad at all, you should be able to sell these for a solid amount of runes.
